WHY US?

Ultra Real Estate Services is a well-established local Brokerage since 2004. We provide our affiliates with the environment to practice Real Estate peacefully and professionally. Both, our office and staff are permanently accessible to help with any Real Estate related issues and; our business model allows for Realtors to manage their own time and work from any place. Our compensation plans help Realtors to keep as much as possible of their hard earned commission.

We are involved in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate – offering unbeatable compensation plans for our affiliates.

By joining, you choose from:
  • Per transaction –in which we keep $399 transaction fee + $60 E&O per closed sales transaction and affiliates keep the rest, no matter how big the check.
  • Monthly –in which Agents pay $320 per month + $60 per closed sales transaction, no matter how big the check.
  • In both plans, lease is $60 for residential and $295 for commercial
  • Apartments Locators -We also have a special plan of $299 for Apartment Locator only affiliates.

Also, by virtue of some referral programs we have instated, fees may be waived.

There is no limit to the commission you manage to negotiate. There is no cap, or minimum amount of transactions. Our fees are flat amounts, not percentages. We really embody the "sky is the limit" cliché.

Agents keep their chosen compensation plans and amounts thereof, for as long as they remain active and in good standing with Ultra Real Estate Services. Only, late payment of fees while on our Monthly plan would result in termination of affiliation -and denial of reinstatement, to such plan.

We do have non-mandatory training sessions, which are held in the office and, last for under 2 hours. The trainings deal with different subjects as per request of our agents. We also keep a number of video tutorials to be accessed through our website.

  • Request and approval of CDA online. We instruct the Title Company after CDA approval.
  • Have commission wired, sent to the office or, paid to Realtors (in check) at the Title Company (at closing).

  • Direct communication with Broker 24/7.
  • Free of charge, fully connected working stations –with no mandatory office time.
  • No fees for technology, office use, franchises, etc..,
